The widget cannot function without this external service. #### LeadCaller Widget Service * **What it is:** A communication widget service provided by LeadCaller (https:// www.leadcaller.com) that enables callback, chat, and messaging features on your website. * **What data is sent:** When the widget loads, it sends the current page URL and domain to identify your site. A session ID and a persistent visitor ID (stored in the browser via localStorage) are sent to maintain the conversation state. When a visitor interacts with the widget (e.g., requests a callback, sends a chat message, or submits a form), the data they enter (such as name, phone number, email, and message) is sent to the service. * **When data is sent:** The widget script is loaded from `https://widget.leadcaller. com/communication-widget.js` on every page load.
