This plugin is totally useless. You have to pay for everything.
There are plugins out there that do muuuuch better.

The authors say for the premium version: support only an e-mail away. It should read: support only an unanswered e-mail away. Not worth the money you pay for it at all. Forget these guys and this plugin!.
