A simple wordpress user notice plugin . This plugin in the WordPress admin dashboard
to show a random or a single message. Every admin user to be able to see this message.

## Instalación

 1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or install the
    plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
